GreatsHub Delivery Date Master, also known as Delivery Date & Timer, ("the App") provides delivery date estimates, order cutoff countdown timers, ZIP/postal code availability checks, country and state delivery rules, shipping estimate tools, and WhatsApp delivery support tools ("the Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we may access certain information from your Shopify account as required to provide the Service, including:

• Shop information, such as shop domain, shop name, Shopify store identifiers, timezone, currency, and store contact details provided by Shopify.
• Store owner information made available through Shopify, such as name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
• Product and collection information needed to display delivery estimates and apply delivery rules on product and cart pages.
• Theme and storefront information needed to display delivery ETA badges, countdown timers, delivery messages, app blocks, and app embed settings.
• App settings created by merchants, including delivery rules, ZIP/postal code rules, country/state rules, WhatsApp settings, design settings, and plan or billing status.
• Technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, app installation, embedded app authentication, billing confirmation, webhook processing, and support.

The App does not need full customer order details to provide its main storefront delivery estimate features. If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, store URL, screenshots, issue details, and related support messages.

We may collect limited technical information through standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, timestamps, and request details. This information is used to operate, secure, debug, and improve the App.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App may use cookies, sessions, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to keep merchants signed in, support Shopify embedded app behavior, remember settings, protect the App, and understand technical errors. When a merchant uninstalls the App, we may archive or delete store-related information according to our operational, legal, and Shopify platform requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes
